Our Story

Started with one machine and a short menu.

Van Dyke began as a corner setup with a single espresso machine, a hand grinder, and a rule to keep things simple: source carefully, pull each shot with attention, and never rush the pour.

That's still the whole idea. We change the beans with the season, keep the menu short, and let the coffee do the talking. Come by, take your time, and stay a while.
